Kids (ages 5-9), Youth (ages 10-13), Adults (14+) and Competition Boxing (those advanced students training for competitions, all ages).
Kids ages 5-13, Adults ages 14+. Those new to Jiu Jitsu will be in our BJJ Essentials classes until they earn 2 stripes on their white belt and can then attend the Advanced BJJ classes.
Adult classes are ages 15+. Six Day-One classes required for anyone new to CrossFit and can be scheduled ahead of time by filling out the form on the right. Eagan CrossFit Schedule
FIT Classes are 45-minutes long and include body weight exercises and simple equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells, and more. For all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. FIT Class Schedule
Yoga classes are brought to you by BOOST FITNESS and are held here at MTT on Saturday mornings at 7:45am. These are fitness yoga classes for a combination of mobility and breaking a sweat. The first class is free then $12 drop in, $40/mo, or $100 for 10-class punch card.
